Basketball

Austin Creek has a winning basketball team coached by Mr. Langley. The co-ed team is comprised of approximately twenty 5th and 6th grade students. Try-outs are held at the beginning of the school year and basketball games are usually held in October.

Come out and cheer the team on! Home games are held on the blacktop after school.

Volleyball

Students in 4th – 6th grade can try out for our volleyball team. Melinda Corsberg is the team’s coach. The team practices and plays home games in the school cafeteria.

In our elementary school league, there are nine players out on each side of the court at a time. In 2010, the team played well and won three out of six games during the season.
